- This membership plan is not insurance and is not a qualified health plan under the ACA.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: a full refund is available up to 30 days after purchase if no plan benefits have been used. Refunds after 30 days are at the discretion of the practice.
- Payment for treatment not included in the plan is due at the time of service.
